His experience focuses on ongoing corporate advisory work and the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions, as well as the negotiation and review of key contracts in the energy sector, such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Development Service Agreements (DSAs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreements. He also has solid experience serving as company secretary, providing comprehensive support to governing bodies and ensuring proper compliance with corporate and governance obligations.
