SCHLAICH DAUSS VERDIA, S.L.P. (hereinafter, “SD VERDIA”), with registered office at Passeig de Gràcia, 54, 3rd floor, C, 08007 Barcelona, is the company responsible for the processing of the data collected or generated when accessing, using and browsing our website, as well as the data provided through the contact methods available on this website.
Taking into account the established purposes, SD VERDIA shall process (i) personal data (full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, etc.); (ii) financial data (bank accounts, tax returns, etc.); (iii) data necessary for the provision of legal advice; and (iv) academic and professional data (education, qualifications, professional experience and other data relevant to the selection of professionals).
The data provided by the user must be accurate, and the user shall be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the inaccuracy of the data provided. Likewise, in the event that the user provides SD VERDIA with information relating to third parties, the user must declare that they have obtained the consent of such third parties for the transfer of the data to SD VERDIA and that they have informed such third parties of this Privacy Policy, thereby releasing SD VERDIA from any liability in this regard. The legal basis for data processing is the user’s consent and the provision and performance of the contracted services. Likewise, data may also be processed as a result of SD VERDIA’s legal obligations.
The user has the right to exercise at any time and in accordance with applicable legislation their rights of access, rectification or erasure of data, to request the restriction of processing, to object to processing, to request data portability and to withdraw the consent given. In order to provide a swift and effective response, the user must clearly indicate the right or rights they wish to exercise and state their full name and identification document.
