Alberto is a lawyer specialising in Energy Regulatory Law, with solid experience in legal advice related to self-consumption and energy communities, the administrative and regulatory processing of photovoltaic projects, sustainable mobility, as well as flexibility markets and energy storage. His practice focuses on supporting sector stakeholders in regulatory compliance and on the legal structuring of innovative projects aligned with the energy transition. He is also Coordinator of the Photovoltaics Working Group of the Catalonia Energy Efficiency Cluster (CEEC), from which he actively contributes to the analysis and development of the sector’s regulatory framework. He regularly takes part in debates, conferences and specialised forums on energy transition and regulation, providing a practical and up-to-date perspective on regulatory and market developments.
