Ángel has more than 10 years of experience and specialises in Energy Law, Public Law and Special Private Law. Throughout his career, he has played a key role as legal lead on major projects for Public Administrations and for leading companies in the energy sector.

He has also been involved in M&A transactions, as well as in EPC, O&M and PPA agreements and financial derivatives linked to the energy sector, in addition to corporate, insolvency, contractual and regulatory matters.
