Carlota has extensive experience in the technical-legal regulations applicable to all activities across the electricity value chain, standing out for her advice to energy retailers and the development of new business models within the framework of the energy transition, including self-consumption, PPA contracts, electric mobility, aggregation, flexibility, and energy efficiency. She also advises and provides comprehensive support to public and private energy communities, from their legal definition and structuring to their establishment and operational launch.

She is a frequent speaker in the sector on energy regulation and bioenergy, collaborates in sectoral working groups of MITERD and the CNMC, and participates in various industry organizations and associations.
